First i want to keep the others chrome cars, for the topic any new car i will be happy

There should be a livery editor, which would make chromelines redundant.

For all intents and purposes, Screw the Livery Editor!!!
I would Suggest:
Ferrari F40 or F50
Chevy SS
Cadillac ATS
Ford GT40
Dodge Charger (2012-present)
Mclaren P1
1985 Camaro Iroc-Z
oh, and keep the originals as well

Hmm this sounds like my Stealth car thread.

In the possibility of the livery editor being in GT6; I'm going to have to say that maybe the chromelines and stealths should be ditched.

I say they stay, and PD should update the lineups, (although some of the originals were fun)
And reiterated, Livery editor does not count!

Or perhaps combine the two, so instead of having certain preorder stealth cars from specific retailers you get both a ready made Stealth car and also some sort of stealth decal package to use in the livery editor, perhaps with a limited number of uses though so you can't do 1200 stealth cars right away.

Assuming we actually get a some sort of livery editor of course.

Livery Editor.

 As much as this is true, the chromelines don't use the same type of paint for the stripes of course. Livery editors (all the ones I've seen) don't have differing paint types, it will be like the rest of the car, gloss, metallic, matte.

Clutch idea guys, Kinda like acquiring a unique color (or in this case, full decal kit) with every normal Stealth or Chromeline that might allow for us to collect and possibly use

Actually, I think that could work. I would love to put a chromeline or stealth type livery on multiple types of cars.

true, then we could Have as many stealth cars as we want/need. I just hope PD releases Stealth/Chromeline skins/decal packs. Wait. What if when a new car joins the game the come with a special decal pack similar to Chromelines or Stealths

EDIT: Mods, can my Stealth thread be joined with this, it's pretty much the same thing

They were totally pointless. Just a really mediocre/mostly stupid looking trophy for people that paid an insane amount of money for a few extras.

Check some pCars liveries then, it IS actually possible to use the "chrome" effect together with every other effect you mentioned: gloss, metallic, matte, AT THE SAME TIME. Forza Editor is good but NOT perferct.
SMS are doing it better using high res templates and fersnel reflection specular templates.

Heck I can already do something similar in rFactor if modders prepared an alpha channel to control how the car reflects. Black color = matte, white color = shiny chrome. Everything in between = a mix of them.

Yes it does. With proper tools we'll be able to create a Stealth version for every car in the game.

Look this what you can do with Forza.

Now imagine the same thing with proper fersnel reflection, matte carbon fiber, metallic stripes etc.
The technology is there.

Here's the thing though. Yes, the ones I've seen (I should've specified) are on consoles. Where you can not mod a game fit your desires. Point is invalid. Please stop with the PC game comparisons, we all know you can do this an that, you can do anything!

So include a livery editor where you can. They already have chrome paint chips, so it's hardly something that they can't do even if they just allowed you to paint cars.

The Chromeline and Stealth cars are all pretty much meaningless if a livery editor was included.

Yes, that is what they should do. Just pointing out that livery editors don't typically have that sort of feature, so I wouldn't expect such things possible.

Point is pretty much valid my friend. If PD can do that on thier cars we can do the same on console if they give a proper UI. Just think about Raybrig NSX, Chrome and glossy at the same time. PD already know the technology, they just don't bother letting us doing the same because Stealth and Chromeline cars are somehow profitable. That's the real problem I guess. :)

I don't remember a 787B in FM4...

I'm going to stick to 6 because that's how many GT5 had.

1. Toyota 86
2. Mercedes E63 AMG
3. Tesla Model S
4. Ferrari Dino
5. Nissan Leaf
6. Jaguar XKR-S
