-Inex legend series (my avatar, more or less classic) or the real 34-40 fords, chevs, and dodges
-For a little challenge, 67 mustang eleanor
-Amc pacer as a joke
-Dan gurney's trans am 67 cougar
-56 f100 big window
-sprint cars could be cool if dirt ovals were added
(a little of topic but i think short track ovals present more of a challenge than superspeedways)

-A few triumphs have been mentioned, but not the GT6 (MK III) or a Vitesse. Great engine.

-Proper Mini Cooper.

-Liking the 70s race/rally Ford and Vauxhall suggestions - I used to love watching Rallycross on World of Sport as a kid! (Apologies to non-UK members and anyone below the age of 30 - I'm sure you can search for it)

-Holden Torana = Vauxhall Viva by another name! Except the in UK we never had hoofing great V8s stuck in them.

-Chevette HSR

-50s/60s open wheel GP cars - It's great to watch the footage of them 4-wheel drifting round corners.

-Citroen SM

-50s 60s XK Jags with those lovely straight 6s

@ Roush_fan_99: AMC Pacer:lol: in brown only

I would love to see the following in premium mode

1968 Dodge Charger R/T
1969 Yenko Camaro
1969 Dodge Dart Hemi
1969 Plymouth Barracuda "S"
1969 Ferrari 365 GTS4
1969 Ferrari Dino 246GT
1969 1/2 Plymouth 440 Sixpack Road Runner
1970 Dodge T/A Challenger
1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda
1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda Convertible
1970 Chevy Camaro Z28

Ford RS200 '84
Dodge Charger 440 R/T '71
Honda 1300 Coupe 9 S '70
BMW 2002 Turbo '72
And many more

*Auto Union C Streamliner*

I'm really surprised this didn't make it as a standard. It was quite a nightmare to drive though because of the wheel covers, you couldn't really drive aggressive with it as there was hardly any turning angle at all for the front wheels.

I still took on the challenge though.

Would much prefer the Auto Union Grand Prix car. But sadly, it probably really does have as much chance of making it into GT6 as the Leyat Helica. (A snowball's chance in a fiery volcano)

Yeah, for some reason most special cars didnt make it to gt5. The odd thing about that car was that handling improved vastly the faster you went, so it seemed to really encourage you to drive fast.

Faster speeds = less steering angle required. Still some scary moments when the back end stepped out though! :scared:   Which was often, considering this was a Porsche-designed car. :D

Maybe they were going to make the Patentwagen and Streamliner premiums but never got around to it in time.

Wow, nicely driven there Grand Prix. 👍 If i was driving it, i would crash in almost every single corner with that car. :scared:

Well i got my 23 window samba But idealy the power you can put in it is ****, i mean 209bhp? What gives you can get an easy 300+bhp out one of those engines :/ and i got my oval split bug which has the same engine but less bhp tuned? they didnt think obviously, i got a little sidetracked there..... I Would like a Mk 2 Golf as premium also It has to be Eleanor, you know gone in 60 seconds? That in premium the right colours and the correct option for wheels would be amazing!!!! i would also want all vw's to be premium :P

When i saw this thread I thought uh-oh, where would i start? But honestly the first page covers so many of my "wishlist", it's mostly all there, some awesome choices there, OK down to and including the NASCAR Plymouth Superbird, which I know nothing about, but looks cool.

Loving the Sierras, Escorts, Rover SD1 etc. and would love to see the Lancia 037, street version too :)

EDIT: Not to mention the Ferraris on the first page that are criminally missing, such as the 250GTO (please model this better than Turn 10 as the one in Forza is a different car, surely?), Daytona and 288GTO. Damn, we so need to be able to drive these cars in GT...

The Dodge Omni GLH, quoting from WikiPedia:
The ultimate Dodge Omni was the Carroll Shelby-modified Omni GLH. The original name, "Coyote", was rejected, and Shelby's choice, the initials GLH, which stood for "Goes Like Hell", were taken instead.[2] ... This engine, at low boost (10 psi) coupled with the car's very low weight (as low as 2,200 lb (1,000 kg)), earned this car its name. ... The final 500 GLH cars were sold to Shelby, who used them as the basis for the 1986 Shelby GLHS ("Goes Like Hell Sm'more"). These cars were modified by Carroll and sold as Shelbys.

And the GMC Syclone and / or GMC Typhoon as previously mentioned.

I'm new to the forum, and haven't immersed myself half as much as some in the game, but there are many iconic cars missing from this game. I think I read I read early criticism that there were 200 different version (or 'specs') of one car and not that many others.

Lots of variety in here, lots of golden oldies I've forgotten about TBH, some good ones and some real rarities, but guys, what about the BMW M5 E39? Was declared one of the greatest all round cars in it's time...

They need to add

1978 Ford Fairmont Futura with the 302
1972 Ford Maverick with the 302
1978 Chevrolet Monza Spyder with the 305
1987-1993 Ford Mustang GT and LX 5.0 HO
1994 Ford Mustang GT

Didn't go through all the pages but here I go...

And all the Porsches that really should already be in the game.
