The event is friends-only, the lobby ID will be posted once the event is live.

Each race will be a sprint race ca. 10 mins long.
All in all, the whole event will take about 120 minutes.

1 | Deep Forest Reverse
2 | Interlagos
3 | Grand Valley Highway
4 | Nürburgring Sprint (wet race – R7)
5 | Yas Marina
6 | Eiger Nordwand Reverse

Car specs:
Any car with an in-game model year from 1928 to 1998
600 PP
sport softs
375 kw max.
no engine swaps, no NOS
You can change cars as often or little as you like between races.

Liveries:
No requirements. Suggestions: Race liveries, replica or ficitional.


Lobby settings:
race: 1x tire and fuel / light damage / realistic slipstream and grip reduction / no boost
grid: fastest first
penalties: light shortcut penalties
driving aids: only ABS and TCS allowed

Race etiquette:
Be sporting, no dirty driving (of course), this is a casual fun event. If you gain a position unfairly, give it back.

Also, if anyone is looking for good tunes for this event, I'll post my fastest new tunes - adapted to update 1.71 - in the upcoming weeks leading up to this event here in my 600pp tuning thread. Since update 1.71 all tunes posted thus far are not up to date anymore it seems, but new adapted tunes will come in due time =)

Hey everyone, just a brief reminder that it is finally time for RacingGrandpas and mine Classic Car event =).

The first race will start at 21h CEST, the lobby opens at 20h45 CEST, which will be in about 11 hours 30 minutes.

The lobby is friends-only, but everyone is welcome to join. Shoot me a friend request or use the lobby id to enter. I will post the lobby id in this post above once the lobby is live.

I will host the race, my PSN ID is RufusGoldstryff, RacingGrandpa aka Resident_Knievel (PSN ID) will take over hosting duties in case something goes wrong on my end.
