Should we do a championship at all or do just regular races on Sundays with Mini's where everyone who's interested can enter? Would be a good serie to spot talented drivers that can be recruited for Championships. Some random Joe can wind up Sunday for a race and impress. This then can lead to an official drive for a team that is currently seeking new drivers for the Championship they are participating in. Good idea?

What a coincidence. I wanted to start it myself as well. But no championship. There is a lot of need for free driving on sundays. De sunday cup went perfect untill the host suddenly did not show up anymore. There were some other initiatives but the F1 race frustrated that.
That be said I think Clean Racer is the perfect guy to set up the sunday Mini event.
My advice would be no championship. To make it a bit lighter to enter and to ease on the obligation. Once we see that it delivers and same people join, we could always start up a championship.
Remember: @Furinkazen is already setting up his sunday evening championship. So people can join that one who want a real pro championship. He is a very good and experienced host.
Of course I would suggest everyone needs to get their own car number. 100bhp limit as per game stats and a closed lobby so only friends to be able to enter. The connection would thus be better.
All the rest is up to debate, but I have a lot of faith in Clean Racer to set something up similar to what he has been doing now.
But you can manage this by starting a race and do fastest first and then another race. So the first race will be like a qualifier.

Remember if this does not work we always have room in our FUN Endurance series on Sunday at 1330 Us Central. If we have 7 or more we race either two or three hours usually with Gr4 cars. If not we turn off the Heavy Damage and Pack race in two lap sprints that are great fun and a learning tool. info use the link below

Okay guys, let's plan to meet next Sunday at the same time. I believe the upcoming race would have been at Tsukuba.... I will start the thread some time before tomorrow.
Lobbies will "friends only", there will be a 15 minute quali and then we go right into the racing two 15 minute races - reverse grid on the 2nd one.
I'll have to look up the specs next time I'm on. If any of you notice that I'm missing something just PM me.

Hey guys, sorry I've been quiet. I will have a lobby open today at 1pm EST. The room will be friends only so be to have me on your Friends List.
This week's race will be at Tsukiba. That's what coxbox had on the original schedule.
