Restrictions questions

1. I just cannot limit the BHP to 90 since the minimum is 100. How can we check if people drive with 90bhp instead of 100 ?

2. I can also allow tuning but cannot limit it to the suspension only. How to check this ?

3. Is mechanical damage light or heavy ?

4. Tyre and fuel wear is set to which values ?

5. Starting fuel is set to which value ?

6. What are all other penalty restrictions ? Ghosting, walls etc. And are they light or heavy ?

Guess a lot of that will have to be taken on trust 're tuning. Hazard a guess fuel is default. Tyre fuel wear should be stated in the OP, but they ain't lol. Can you remember what they were in R1?

Hey guys sorry only just woke up i have added some of the lobby rules to the OP I can open a practice lobby in a while. Sadly It is difficult to enforce the car specs as the lobbies do not allow settings to go this low, therefore i trust racers to not cheat, if when watching the replays people seem faster then they should or have an extra gear then of course i will make it known.
