Taking a stupid risk and removing a atleast poll getter to something that may not even get in. While this isn't showing the massive crossng lines of the RBH, It is reflecting the light from inside, illumnating the car's side dramatically, so I think it counts.

It's just I'm worried about it not showing enough reflections to make the poll, like everyone else has, this is just reflecting broader light instead of details.

At least it's different.
And about the CCCL comp lol. I wouldn't be too sure about that as many stepped up to the challenge with some amazing pics.
I was never good at 2.0 comps so lets see what happens.

So let me get this straight... Can I use a photo that has been edited underwater in a free program that I was duped into purchasing anyway that shows reflections in a mirror of chrome bumpers on the hood of a chrome car even though the car is technically a light silver that looks chrome but has been dipped in a magnesium solution in order to give it a fluorescent, really shiny sheen?

YES! That's what I've been trying to tell people! Just kidding, mmkay.
That you just mentioned does seem totally okay though...

How u supposed to know if someone is using a chrome or not.... im not, but others may look like they have.

I knew I didn't make this clear enough from the beginning, sorry for that. As long as you somehow haven't managed to pull any kind of reflection from a matte paint, it is allowed to enter.

You have to resize the image with photoshop, upload both images (the preview and the full-size), then do this
