The poll goes up (which I just finished, it's stickied at the top of the Competitions sub-forum for the week it runs). The Top 30 images as chosen by the judge (this week, Atlop) make the poll, and any registered member of GTP can cast their votes for them. The winner picks the following week's theme, and so on and so forth.
