Famine means that if you hadn't posted at all, it would probably be closed in a very short time, anyway.
Now, you've basically reset the clock.

As others have stated, you simply abandon your account. You apparently didn't use it for a year. Why start now, just asking to close it?

As someone else has said, there is a pretty good way to scuttle your own account: delete the email address and reset the password to blind gibberish.

And as everyone else has said: simply don't use it. Attempting to get us to ban you will not work, and will result in us contacting your ISP to file a complaint against you. So don't do it.
