clubsport brake pedal not working?

I have the fanatec wheel, and a set of clubsport pedals. The throttle and wheel work fine but the brake pedal does nothing. What is in the brake pedal that could go bad, and can I find parts at the store.

Load cell maybe?

Is that something I can buy from anywhere or do I need to go back to the manufacture? Also is there a way to test and verify that its bad? Sorry I know so little about this.
This my be dumb but wouldn't the load cell just provide pedal resistance? or does it give position information as well?

I am sure the sell replacement load cells on there site.

Have you run it through the profiler on the PC. There's a functionality test there.

Also it should be in warranty anyhow. They will ask you to do the PC test.
