Cockpit View is long overdue for some basic common sense improvements

I only race in Cockpit view and this new update just triggered me, the Z-Tune's windshield looks like it's been smeared with Vaseline for some reason
But there's been some very basic settings other racing games have had forever that GT just refuses to implement, list in no particular order below..

Better FOV and seat positioning in general - (currently it's very limited)
Steering Wheel & Hands - Option to toggle these FFS THIS IS STANDARD IN ANY RACE GAME/SIM
Windshield Glare/Reflection - Forza 6 had this in the options menu to reduce interior reflections off the windshield
Wobble - How about Type NONE !!
Interior Opacity settings for Race cars- They already have this currently working on the SF19 Formula car with the middle Halo bar, it's already in the damn game :dopey:
Holy hell you get into some race cars and can't see a damn thing, Roll Cages and other Race car interior stuff blocking so much of your view

These are the most obvious ones, feel free to add any other below

In reality the cockpit view is pretty much what you see in that car.
The reason after years of CV i switched to bumper view and became much faster although I sometimes go to CV for 'realism'.
In real life we move our heads/eyes VERY slightly to improve our road car CV.

If you combine all of these ideas you basically get the "bumper cam" view.

I'm very sorry but you will find in some real race cars the view you will have is quite restricted, in real life...
Sure, but in real life I can move my head around to help see around some of the obstructions (much like you can do in VR I assume) and if I feel my seat height is too high or too low I can adjust that too (you can in GT7 but to such a tiny degree that it rarely makes much difference). And while your point is true, it doesn't change the reality that these types of viewpoint settings are commonplace in most racing games and don't exist in GT7 for some reason.

I use bumper cam in GT7 but I'd definitely use cockpit cam a lot more if it was more customizable.

Changing seat height position would be nice, as would removing the steering wheel and having clear cockpit instruments that can be used instead of the game add on. The other stuff, not sure, enclosed cars, particularly race cars with roll cage etc have restricted vision, surely that’s just part of the visual ‘experience’ of the game.

Sorry but in real a race car you are wearing a helmet WITH a HANS device and that restricts your head movement and seats are NOT adjustable.
