Cockpit Views

I don't mean to be posting this much but I don't understand after pending so much Time detailing these cars that you're glued to the front. I mean I can't appticiate the 200k I spent on a car if I can't even look around why? I only found options for it to be narrowest
 
I have 2 buttons on my G25 Racing Wheel configured to look left & right. I also have one button on the gear shift unit set to look behind. 👍

And you can set a DS3 analogue stick to look gradually left and right in cockpit mode. Mapping the arrow buttons produces an instant and quicker glance left/right/behind for racing.

It would be better to have full head movement like with gt5's arcade mode only head tracker using the ps3 camera. That let you look all around the cockpit including up and down. Allowing a wider field of view in cockpit is a necessity. If there's a framerate hit because of it then it should be the choice of the player as to whether they take it.
 
thank you for the reply guys and I think I might have stated wrong I know you can look around but what I meant was more of not having to look around but rather looking straight and being able to see a good part of the cockpit and really appreciate the details and work that they put in and the unique Car your buying

Yes I did mention a little about that at the end of my post. It's been mentioned many times but we should be able to set the position within the cockpit how we'd like to view it like you can adjust a car seat. I would include an adjustable field of view in that.
