Codebreaker code for 100% in vice city ?

Hey wats up everyone. I know this has probly been asked numerous times but is there a codebreaker cheat to have 100 percent along with 100 hidden packages. I know that it would be better on my own to do all the work but i just want to get a look at it. Thanks !

If you would like that kid of stuff for Vice City you'll have to buy a codebreaker. That's what it's called too. Codebreaker. My friend has one, it even gives you the helicopter thingy ma bobber. It costs $50 at your local Wal*Mart.
