There's some amazing background drama on this. Its still delisted on XBox. I still have it on my Xbox hdd but I havent deleted it yet. I tried it on a free trial week.
HOWEVER its like $4,50 for the deluxe edition on ps4 so just get it on that as it seems it wont ever be available on PC.
Further I think it'll be one of those curios that end up being a rare title on XBox as it'll never come back but you can find the discs on ebay for a crazy price.
