For those like me, that can't afford Photoshop, I sugest Photo Filter. It's a free software.

Not sure if this really belongs here since it's a faux magazine cover rather than a commercial / advertisement for a car but I wasn't sure quite where else to put it so here it is..

And for those that spot it yes there is a mistake with the date, it's a deliberate mistake and an "in joke" among some friends if you will, that's why it's there.
