All three cars are the same with different trim offered. All three variants are built in the same factory and have the same engine.

Acouple days after I posted this I ended up going to the DC Auto Show. I looked at FRS and BRZ and asked the dealers what the differences were. The Subaru guy mentioned the front fog lights and din't seem to know much else. The Scion dealership told me the rear suspension is a little stiffer in the FRS and other than that just some options may be different.
