I am new to racing games or driving simulators, I just got the game and I am level 6 with a 403bhp/9200rpm Honda S2000 04'. The only race I do is beginner series/Sunday cup because I can get 1st place without trying and I get 5K money per race and its only 3 laps. My only real goal is to obtain the Dodge Viper grt10 ACR '08 and that costs 100K :O. The way I play the game this would take me 50 races playing the same circuit over and over again :(.

Can anybody give advice on how to get more money, quicker?

Do some other races too. As your level goes up you can enter races with more payout.

I second AMG's suggestion: try some other races so you don't get bored.

Give a try at some of the Beginner Special Event races. Their credit payouts are quite good. The only downside is that they payout only once.

The Beginner level PD Kart Series has two races and they are quite fun.

Enjoy the racing!

My advice is when your level allows it, go to "Special Events" and complete the ones you can. The payout for completing those are much higher than the races and can really help you earn money quickly when you just start out. Once you GOLD them, however, that's it...you won't earn money over and over again, but you can keep playing them if you wish.

Also, to second what everyone else said, just play different races, and your level and earnings will certainly go up.

On a final note, one thing I learned if I could go back and do it again...when checking the Dealerships and Used Car Lot, as hard as it may be, don't always buy necessarily what you WANT, but rather what you NEED. Before you know it, you'll be raking in the dough and your garage will fill right up!

Dont limit yourself to one race or championship at this stage, You have a lot of races/champs to discover and some will bring more money and car prizes. I wouldnt grind this early on..

Do the other races. The FR challenge I think gives you a decent car and by the time you are level 15 (takes only about 3 hours WITHOUT special events) then you will easily have enough for a fully modded ACR viper.

BTW I wouldnt buy the ACR as your first "Expensive Car" Because you are going to be dissappointed with its handling and probably have alot of trouble racing/beating races with it and will end up switching to something else.

You should wait with the Viper for later, it's a tricky car to drive. I started with a Skyline, it's easy to drive and less expensive:)

👍 This right here is great advice. I went ahead and bold/underlined the most important line I saw.

I'd like to add one of the most helpful links: The Prize Car Thread! If I were you, I'd check this before buying a car, because you might just end up with duplicates! Trust me, I've done it a few times now.

Also, if you are looking for help with a specific challenge or a certain tune, do a forum search first. Chances are, the information is out there and the question has already been answered.

Good luck, man!

Special Events and Seasonal Events are the fastest way to boost both cash and level, until you've done them all obviously.
