Completing Arcade Mode

I have only played the arcade mode a few times, but I need to complete it to get to 100%. What do I have to do in order to complete the arcade mode? Thanks.

ok... (if anyone see's something wrong with what i say, please, correct me)

from what i understand, you just go in and complete all the easy, medium and hard classes to unlock all the trcks in arcade mood... once you have done that... you should be done in arcade.

You might even be able just to do the hard section, and everything will be done...

Just like you, i don't mess with arcade to much!! But i have all the tracks unlocked, cause i use those to practice on.

Well...there's a little more to that.

1. Complete the races in just Hard mode. You have to get a 1st place in each event.
2. The next thing that you have to get is the "Best Time" on each Time Trial.

Thanks for the help, I just wish I knew why they felt that finishing the arcade mode was necessary.
