I love this course it's one of the better ones in the game.
GT3's physics aren't all that bad you just have to play the game right. Get a wheel set up and a cockpit. Go to the game settings and turn the steering response to Professional or Simulation as it starts off with the Amateur setting. Then having all aids turned off as the final step makes the game feel more realistic especially for it's time. I also recall there being a way to enable 900 degree steering in GT3 but I need to test that out myself. I have however played the game on Professional response and it's so much better.
