My driver ALWAYS has trouble on the Hong Kong track and most of the other city courses. Every time he gets to that sharp left-hander at the 'Kong BAM!, right into the wall at full speed (and on speed 1). Man, even with me driving in A-spec and using a super-turboed 787b (the black one :)), I still cant win the kong. Any hints? I drive as best as I can but I'm almost 45 sec. down at the end of the race!

wow, b-spec learns? gotta train it then huh?

If you want your B-spec driver to get really good, race it in the Nurb 24 hr with equal performance to everyone else. He'll build stats because hes actually racing people and passing and such instead of just racing alone.

Does this work with slower cars? What if I'd rather watch Senor B-Spec drift with a cooler car? I'd figure it out myself, but Senor B-Spec is doing an enduro race for me right now.

cool easter egg. Talking about BSPEC, what I do is run the races that are avalbile for me (started game yesterday) and i start earning money. Currently I have 2,500. ONce i get like 10,000 i will tune up my car and go on with the Bpsec to earn more and then tune it more if possible. Once done I will then buy another :D

Gotta love bspec

Anyone ever notice you're car screwing up in the same race every time. Not necessarily the same track, but the same track in the same race. I've noticed it in a few races with slower cars, my car would always try and pass another car coming out of a turn and fly into the pit stop like 2 laps into the race, in a 3-5 lap race, other things like that happened alot, tried going from 5-push, all the way to 1.

i take it none of you have read the instruction manual then... it says:

"in b-spec mode your drivers' experience levels gradually increase, allowing them to drive faster and more accurately. by driving on various track, the drivers' overall experience levels are increased further. when experience levels reach a ceiling, try racing on other tracks or in other cars or racing conditions."

i have followed this advice, and "b-spec bob" is now a proficient driver. basically, the more tracks and cars he races, the bettter he gets.

my b-spec stats are:

b-spec mileage: 1624 miles (2347 miles)
drivers overall skill: 6459pts (7078pts)
machine skill: 85
course skill: 68
battle skill: 55

figures in brackets are my aspec figures.

to get your b-spec figures to rise, you have let "bob" use different cars. you cant just use the same car and track over and over, although he will be skilled with that car on that track, it wont improve his stats over time.

also, i have noticed a little glitch with the overtake command on b-spec mode. dont leave it on when he reaches first palce, for some unknown reason it makes him drive slower! once your in front, turn it off and knock your pace down to 4 (5 causes him to make more mistakes)

ive made my bspec driver practice the High Speed Track soooooo many times so i could get money to upgrade my car to participate in the MR Challenge :D

Now ive found another way to earn money though, still using bspec. Im a beginner so ill post for other beginners too.

Complete the Sunday Cup in Begginners Events many times and each time u place first you will win a car and 600$ for each race. Do it a couple of times and u get multiple cars. Then once u get enough cars. Sell them all and u get money :D

coderedpl, if you want tons of extra cash b-spec the duetche touring car meistershafte thingy, its 15,000cr a race, 75,000cr for the championship, and you get the clk-gtr wich can be sold for a whopping 740,000+cr. easy two of those championships, and you have well over 1,500,000cr!

I need a money race thats like... a single race.

With that german thing... sure it's great but it actually takes a day or two to do it bspec because I'm never around.

What's a good money enduro or single race for b spec so I don't have to keep starting a new race?

racing is basicly the only way

easiest way for me NOW is doing the Second from the list rally competition in special condition events.

Once you win that one. Use the toyota rally car you win and race that same tournament over and over and over and over. Completing it that is and getting the car. Then when you go into your garage. Pick the cars and start selling. You will see some nice cash flowing in to your GT bank :D

It can be done in under 15minutes from the initial button press to enter the championship. Nothing else does a return like this for the time spent.

Yeah, you don't need to race the last race in the series either, you can start the race, quit, and get $75,000 and a car. 4 races at $15,000 each = $60,000 + $75,000 + car = over $800,000

Also, if you wanna just leave your B-Spec driver somewhere and come back the next day to a 1.5 million dollar reward, just race one of the 24H enduros using the F1 car. Just leave the speed setting on 3 and set him to pass, then come back in 24 hours.
