conditions and moods, what gives?

Can someone detail for me what the different conditions mean?
Can't remember them right now, but there are three of them I think.

Blue and angled up to the right means good driving condition/mood
Green and level, pointing right means normal/average driving condition/mood
Orange and angled down to the right means poor driving condition/mood
