No, there is no confirmation. The reports actually trigger an email to the entire staff rather than a PM, so there is not a "read receipt" from vBulletin to you. Jordan could probably code one, but he would likely have to do so by hand.
However, we get numerous reports daily and I have no reason to suspect any are not getting through. Sometimes it may take some time for a mod to get a chance to review the report (particularly if the message doesn't seem to indicate an emergency like porn posts). Sometimes action may either be not necessary, or may not be visible to users. Warnings and infractions are only visible to the staff and the person receiving them.
