Confusing message...

So I ran a seperate IE process (either through [File] > [New Session] or [Tools] > [InPrivate Browsing]) and clicked the login link in the news blog. Since the session is seperated from my current IE session, I go to an article with a removed video and scrolled down to comments, in which I there was a small message requiring me to log in before commenting a post in the blog.

But the message is confusing. Why I receive this message on the unlogged-in session when I click the login link (which points to UserCP)?
