It's cool that we're getting all this traffic now. The thing I don't understand is that we had that thread back in July, why now are we getting the response.
Jordan - I was on; the site was responding fine. In fact, I was viewing the Ralph Lauren thread when something like 2,600 people were in it and it was loading just as quickly as ever.

Well congrats GTPlanet and of course Doug for making this happen. 👍 If it weren't for you, the only chance this is going to happen is when GT5 comes out (and i'll doubt that the release of GT5 would have even more visitors that this )
Yeah...when I logged on there was like 5000 guests and some amount of members and the cars in general forum was absolutely packed. I also didn't have any lagg on here either...it all seemed normal. Certainly was a shock though.
Read the comments on Digg to any article that links to a forum. People on the Internet immediately go into 'bash' mode the second they see that another Internet member has done something noteworthy. That doesn't bother me at all - I think it's a little pathetic that these people took the time to post on Digg!
