The same ad thing is a result of Google's advertisement algorithm - it tracks all of your search results and what you've watched on YouTube (which is owned by Google in case you didn't know), and uses that to figure out what to advertise to you. For about three weeks, I kept getting the ad for the movie Unfriended*, and the reason for it is I was researching Jason Voorhees and the Predator on Google and watching their movie clips.
