Sorry for jumping in all of the sudden, but I think the dodge challenger should be added. TPN Racing Blackforrest has run one off and on in the series for 3 years now. Vehicle Technologies ran one at the first round this year at daytona.

Yes Vehicle Technologies is running one this weekend at Mid-Ohio. The real car: cool, but I think the back wheels look too small :(

True...

So talk about a bad after school day....

1. Dermatologist appointment
2. Get stuck in traffic, right after the lotus "dealership" (it has like 4, 2 Evora's and 2 Elises)
3. When getting prescriptions, I walked over to GameStop. I forgot how nosey those guys and girls were... I was showing my mom the differences on the GameStop brand wheel and their one Logitech dfgt, and my g27. They guy proceeded to walk up to me and tell me that Logitech makes bad wheels.... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! So I asked him if he played any racing games on either computer or playstation (Xbox wasn't supported by the wheel) his answer: no, but I know... Obviously you don't, saying your GameStop brand wheel is nicer than my g27 that I take splendid care of (thing still looks brand new) and then starts the whole forza is so much better than anything else. I don't have anything against forza, in fact, I enjoy painting cars at friends houses. So I wasn't really defending gt5, but I was pretty much saying that he should shut up because he didn't know sqat. So I bring up iracing and rfactor and project cars. (at this point I was just playing with him) he says "those suck" ...now I'm getting mad... And I start getting a little p.oed. And he goes on his whole pc gaming is for losers and yap yap yap (personally I think he just can't say that's good because they don't really sell pc games) and I say "well ya know project cars is coming out on playstation, Xbox and wii u next year. And he changes his whole perspective on it and so did the lady behind the counter I left out of this whole rant... Either way... I was reminded why I don't buy anything from gamestops!

The only racing wheels sold in Canada, it seems, are the ones that Microsoft make, that don't come with a stand, because it's made for Kinect, and the ones that work for the Wii. :sick:

Back on topic, I'm so tempted to try to run an RX-8... But, I want to wait until we finalize the car list.

But, let's get some testing done this Sunday, maybe. 💡?

Finals next week :( so I'm going to try to study Sunday. Saturday and Friday (if I'm not playing battlefield, just got bf3 premium, 50 bucks and the new maps don't work......refund? I say yes!) I think this will get rolling the weekend after this weekend. These pills I got today are taking a number on me... My cream has bleach in it so I had to get white everything! And I'm not feeling well. If I stay home (probably wont, but...) if I do, I'll commentate itcc round 1 races 1 and 3

I would definitely say, though, move this thread to the Racing Series thread. If we get enough interest, it'll be from that forum, not the Interest Checks threads. Not even the moderators check those threads, it seems, since I messaged a Super Moderator, asking him to close my original ITCC thread, and I don't think it's been closed yet. (About two weeks ago...)

I think it'll be moved soon, I would however like a more finalized car list first. Then we won't have to deal AS MUCH with all the inevitable "you guys should have this car" or "why isn't ... In this???"

Well, if we just post a disclaimer saying "the cars in this series will only be spec'd by Rolex series drivers, and we will only review car requests given with proof of competitive nature in the actual Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge." it may be alright.

Otherwise, I'm saying that, because I don't want to see people trying to get the Ford GT or Honda NSX in this series. The MR layout of those cars would be way too fast.

Therefore, putting that little disclaimer says, in effect, that we will not be running anything you can't see in a SPEED CTSCC broadcast.

And James, we already know what cars are in the series, I'm talking about what cars we should have in each class on the game.

Well, they all serve a large purpose. Most are just "bureaucratic" and will mainly be used by myself, to keep track of official regulations, and have that "It's written here (see page 5, section 3, line 6) that you must... blah blah blah" in case anyone REALLY tests my patience.

I'm not overly strict, as a steward, but, I have no problems with giving out well deserved penalties. If you spin three people in one race, and say that each one of them was "a racing incident," we'd still have a problem...

Which reminds me... I was doing a NASCAR race on ntg... And me and my sister were trying some camera places for gt5 recording. We got a little footage, it's bad, we talked during it to each other, but its during a caution... And it goes bad. I'll upload it for the lulz!

Once i do the second itcc race, I'll be free. Until 2:45.
 
Also any thoughts on the mustang. I know PD did a terrible job on the weight distribution of the mustang. Would that rule it out?

Are we going to run this series in conjunction with the Rolex SCS? If so we have time to complete testing.

Yes we are we are starting the first season of this hopefully when we start season 2 of rolex
 
Fridays at 5 eastern work ok? of course it can change, but are fridays good?
