Time is now BST GMT+1 so 1 hour earlier than the last race 👍
(4 hours from now)
I was wrong with this :banghead: I keep thinking the room open's at 9, but it opens at 8
Spec check is in 1h 40min 👍

@redbullrider20 I have sent you a friend request, please accept before loading game to try to stop the room full error, @fortbo I am sending you one now, please do the same 👍
Thanks man. Can't wait for what will hopefully be a fantastic race. I'm feeling good so that better carry over to how I perform.

Got eye infection and a slightly sore throat so not the best of Saturdays...last time I raced when I was not very healthy was Motegi in S2 when I had a cold so it's been a while.

That's not good mate. Maybe the beautiful California weather and west coast models will help you feel a bit better.

everyone did I think it should be counted as a red flag and everyone starts where they left off like we do for race 2.

and fortbo drive faster

Good race for LMP, only bad part of the race was when I got widfo'd for the second time this season.

What is it with me and my first stints with GTE cars. Indy a GTE loses traction in front of me, Daytona I get widfo'd, Willow a GTE car changed lines but I think there a connection issue, then I get widfo'd again today. It's weird o.o

Incident report has been sent. Sincere apologies to all drivers affected by me. Laguna Seca doesn't really like consistent drivers too well.

Real shame about the DC, would have been an awesome finish to a great race! Then again, I really enjoyed this one. It was full of great pace, strategy and good racecraft, GTE and LMP. 👍

That was the greatest race ever and also the worst. Managed to qualify second (after mike got me by 1 hundredth of a second on a late run), started well and built up speed until i finally caught mike round lap 10. Managed to get by him pretty fast by accidentally outbraking him in to the first turn, he must have been early on the brakes because I was behind and had to throw my car to the inside to avoid him.

Pretty soon after Mike ran off and I was all alone. I ran consistently all through my stints and after the last pit stop I was almost a lap ahead of all the GTE competitors. That almost turned out to be very important though as I came out just behind widfo, one liter of fuel less and I would have been in front. After a few corners I was closing in and in the 4th corner I came too close. I got massively widfo'd and spears of in to a wall. After that I barely had any steering or power but still managed to spin when trying to avoid the guys coming from behind (I didn't succeed).

When I finally get to the pits again I've lost my lap and I come out just ahead of cobani and widfo and a bit behind Mike (who had I pit stop left, I did not know that at the time though). In my aggravated state I run off in the fast lefthander before the corkscrew and end up behind widfo again. I run him down again but this time it's for position and in the corkscrew a couple of laps later I get too close and get widfo'd again.

race was pretty much over at that point and some laps later the mass dc happened.
