I know it's probably appalling to some of you but I hope I can get some opinions,I would love to improve.

Good choice of angle and nice light in your shot. Nice bokeh also. But, I think there is a lack of speed effect. You were in panning mode 3 or 1 ? Test the same with panning mode 3 and, as Lee said, with a lower shutter speed
