I decided last night that doing just that should be a semi priority, I do however need to learn to drive the more driveable cars before jumping in the Leno and trying to tune it

Lol. I'm in the same boat. I found the shuffle races online helped with my car control alot as they are stock so each car has a slightly different characteristic. The differences in each car/type gives valuable reference to what the car won't do for you and may indicate where your going wrong in setups etc. on your own cars. In saying that though if you can get consistent lap times in a stock car tuning will only come in to play if you want to shave off those valuable seconds.
I'm going to start a shuffle room this arvo about 3:30pm Au. EST if anyone's online around then.
Theres heaps of great info in the tuning library too (if you have time to troll through it all)

I highly recommend racing ken, he might whup ya but it is invaluable experience! Just watch him do a few laps and you will see what I mean!

That sounds like the situation of many here. So far we've generally been in lounges as it's easier to 'police' who's in. Most folk will post here when they have one open. Just send a few FRs to the regulars, and keep an eye on this thread.

Also I hate to be that guy, but no full stops makes my head hurt. Would you mind adding some next time?

I am looking to do the first one at 8am Australian Central Daylight Saving Time on Sunday 6th November.

I was going to do a seperate thread but bugger it I will post it here.

Track will be the one I have shared and it will be 40-50 laps with restrictions that I will determine in a few hours.

Can you all check to see if the time suits? I reckon it will, it's early on a Sunday for us here but Sat night for USA & EU so it should fit the schedules of you inconvenient folks up north

Not me unfortunately. I'll be finishing work at about 4am that day, and then my little one will be up and around by 8am. If there are enough people I'd definitely be interested in one starting at 11pm AEST (12pm GMT) though.

Also guys I would like a volunteer please. I need someone from North America to put their hand up and be a "go to" person for any extra races. If we are doing 2 or more lounges we will need people to run the other room(s) and ensure qualifying goes smoothly etc & I am thinking one based up there is a good idea. If you want to help with that let me know.

If we do end up having 2 rooms we could then have the top 8 placegetters in each race in one of the next enduro’s and the bottom 8 from each in the other, then do the same again each time so we get a good mix. What you think? that way the fields are pretty even and we all get steadilly better I reckon.

That is of course (<-- pun intended) if we end up with more than 16 for the first race, if not it is a moot point!

16 racers on 1 track will cause lag issues like player A will not see player B.
teleporting will also be observed on a few players.
these issues will happen even if all players are from the same country if the grid is filled to the max.

optimum number is 12.

Oh ok, I didn't know... why is 12 an option then? Whay can't I teleport? Will ken ever learn to swear like an Aussie? All these questions and more answered in the next exciting episode of "Don't take no C.R.A.P"

I just put a bunch of hours in GT here tonight...I was looking for you guys but no one had a lounge up...smyth hit me up for some karting but I couldn't join his lounge due to network incompatibility. I hope this isn't a recurring issue...I look forward to running with you guys...but we'll see.
