Do you prefer racing in CRAP pCARS with Penalties on or off?

Having been talking a little bit last weekend while racing about Forza 6 vs Pcars, i just watched this video comparison of them both.

So what do we think guys? Sure i'm biased, but for me Pcars looks better, sounds better, and is more realistic.
What do you think?

BTW are there any plans for today? Hope so as i'll be on from about 8pm BST! Some racing in the old DTM cars would be great! :) :p

i play forza 5,... waiting for disc version of 6, but forza looks good, plays good.
only thing missing is the awesome control when you have a wheel.

that awesome control when you have a wheel trophy goes too Project cars, they raised the standard and at the moment on console they are unmatched!!!!!!
 
Just as a quick reminder to people this is what we have planned at the moment (aside from the usual adhoc racing).

Note I'm making the Wednesday Hour of Power race cockpit view only (as hinted at a few weeks ago). I'll try and confirm details as soon as I can to give you all done warning. Testing now.

Anyone interested in doing the BMW 320 TCI in a CRAPS series for 3 weeks every Saturday? I would need help keeping track of points and how to do it, maybe someone would want to be in charge of it with me? We could come up with points and test what tracks would work best. Maybe the Yellowbird in a mini season next. Let me know any thoughts or ideas. All races would be the normal times we all get together on Saturdays. I know we all are busy so I wouldn't want to make the series go on forever.

I get on when I can never know ! That's why I like doing mine all in one night ! But if I'm about I can help you screen shot points & stuff. :p Could possible miss 1 in 3 due to shifts also :confused:

What a shame the BMW 320 TC no longer has a top speed of 607kph!! Lol!! And the turbo boost has been reduced on the Yellowbird, although i doubt it'll make much difference......Sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!! :P

If you can do it go for it. We'll join when we can. Typically I can normally only do approximately between 2-4pm on a Saturday afternoon or later at night in the UK (11pm). Make it the time that suits you first and the majority.

I have a spreadsheet on Google Sheets that might be of use for keeping track of points.

Here's a link. It's currently got the results from that Ford night we did so you can see how it works. You should be able to take a copy and edit it using Google Sheets. I (or you) can adapt it so more people can be in a series or have more than up to 10 races.

Also for anyone who only reads this thread we now have Project Cars v4.0 to try out (when we can get kids and wifey to bed......) (edit.... Beaten to it multiple times)

If we're going to do a series over 3 weeks, I think 6 races would be better. 2 rounds at each track, a sprint race and a longer race. More points in the longer race etc.

Yes Spooky that sounds good!!! I also think the tighter, narrower tracks would be good....Brands Indy, Oulton Island, Cadwell Park, Silverstone International, Zolder and Osherslaben for example. :)
