We could set up a Russo-Germanic Non-Aggression Pact (RGNAP) for all of those countries.

I will send you a batch of Antonov An-225 cargo planes. These should help you in transporting large quantities of raw materials and other commodities around your country.

Also, just like last time, I am investing $5 billion in constructing an extensive railroad network that was begun before the war. It is already well on its way, and will be completed by Monday (3 years game time). It will increase production speed across the board by 300%.
