And we tax our civilians, giving us 5 billion.

We also invest 2 billion dollars in establishing over 15 missile defense bases with the sole purpose of protecting our nation from incoming nuclear warheads and ballistic missiles.

Total budget - 14 billion

Jahgee, I'd ask you a simple question, which the best answer for is a historical account in Russia; if your entire population is fighting a war, who works in factories? Who feeds the soldiers? Who runs the tax collection? Who runs trade?


Your idea of a militia is absolutely absurd. ===> Not every citizen can fight in a war.


So, I ask you this; who rebuilds your country, when every citizen is a soldier?

My entire population is not fighting a war, part of our school system is military based so that all citizens are prepared against attackers. What we do is we teach our people how to fight and how to be a soldier and then we provide them with weapons. If they aren't fighting against something, then all they are doing is what they would do in any other country

Let's put this in GT5 terms, who is more likely to win GT Academy, an almost inhuman driver that uses an old Sixaxis controller on a 19 inch SD TV or a not as inhuman but still amazing driver that uses a T500RS full cockpit with triple 70' monitors.

If we're going with your logic, our air would be 130/100.

This is warfare, every soldier is trained. I can have full simulation but I know I won't be as fast as some of the DS3 users in GTA. Equipment =/= better. When it comes down to gun combat, its the first person to land a shot into someone. Powerful bullets and body armor does NOT mean you'd land every shot. Ever. A sniper with a decent rifle that can land headshots would be more effective than one that has the best equipment but barely lands them. Why? Because if a bullet lands in your head, chances are you aren't going to survive. If the regular sniper lands a bullet into the other guy quickly enough, he's down.

Money and equipment does NOT make you better. Your gadgets aren't automated, they enhance the effects of your skill. If you land shots enough, those bullets would be useful. If they can't land shots, they might as well be 9mm plastic nerf bullets.

Using the logic you just used, you could have a perfect soldier that is amazing in every facet, but if you give him a Nerf Gun, Nerf Sword and Nerf Armor, then he's not gonna kill anything and die within minutes of reaching the battlefield. So like it or not, equipment and money will make you better and this should reflect onto the ratings.

Dude, I agreed with you earlier, the militia has been cut down. The training comes in school as it is part of our curriculum and they have been taught their whole life how to operate guns & etc. All we do for our citizens is provide them with a basic gun and basic bullets. It is up to them to make a living feeding themselves.
