We will spend 20 Billion Dollars on repairing 10 B2 bombers, fitting all troops with Remington ACR's, constructing trenchs, increasing ground forces to 3 million, and air and sea to 800k, producing New Age Infintry Vehicles, modified Hummers with heavy armor, radar, 50 cal machine guns and a 600-hp engines; initiating the United Southern State Army Rangers, an elite 50k group of soliders, and expanding all the way to the west coast.

This will obviously take some time to quintouple our millitary streangth, and will done in pieces.
