Every infected citizen will be taken to top ground, and executed on the spot.

Our president will be living in a specialized P1112 Conqueror fitted with meeting room and living quarters. The NOA will be second priority. Our government isn't taking any chances.

Well, don't get infected is what I've taught my people. My people are taught that the success of the government is more important than your own life, that is why we can impose instant death penalty and family punishment without having mass hysteria. My people will not freak out at the paranoia that spreads amongst the other countries.

They were all brutally killed, the assailants were bloody and starved. They proceeded to eat the scientists but left the cameras intact. In a few days, the scientists crawled from whatever limbs they had left, and proceeded to head in random directions. The researchers turned off the screens. This was worse than they imagined.
