No, I won't. As long as you don't attack any of my territory and that you don't take too much land that seems like it would be in direct line of my expansion. Of course, that doesn't mean stay away from my land, except our only policy here in the VP is that USS or New Jahgeeia should not expand too close to our borders or we'll have a slight problem.
