I don't think you need someones official approval to take land. They just want to stop excessive land taking, so that new people will always be able to join. The official stance of Arktakeh is that the land is owned by your country.

There are still tons of territories in the Middle East, Europe, America, Africa, and Asia left to claim, so nothing to worry about.

We are a peaceful nation, and we are stunned to receive that response from a fellow UN member. We will begin an investigation into your environmental policies as soon as this Alaska situation is sorted out (perhaps greenhouses gasses have poisened your mind)?

For clarification, it is not a rebellion from the 7 tribes which worries us. It is the other hundred tribes who want to join our nation who we are worried about. We fear they may begin a war with the 7 resisting tribes, and we are unsure how to proceed.

They may, but that is why I have been fortifying my defenses for a while, in case I attack something that will fight back with force. Now, any attack I plan against Australia is far off in the future. Also, it is not like Antarctica is much of an environment anyway :lol:

In all seriousness. I spend 3b on recruiting 300k more soldiers to fortify my islands.

Hawai'i: 500k, 200k air, 200k naval
Tonga: 150k ground, 50k air, 50k naval.
Samoa: 150k ground, 50k air, 50k naval.
Polynesia: 150k ground, 50k air, 50k naval.
All surrounding islands: 100k ground, 25k air, 50k naval.

Current budget: 38.5B

Also, I am sending in expeditionary forces consisting of 45,000 soldiers, 50 AC-130's, and 25 F-35 Lightnings to the following countries:
Fiji
Guam
Tahiti

That is all.

M.S.S.R. will send 25,000 Relief Troops, 15 F-35 lightnings, 20 F-117's, and my second team of F.A.S.T. operators to join in on the invasion of PR. The territory should be easy to conquer, and my troops could use the experience.

EDIT: My soldiers have returned with minimum casualties.

The RMAS would like to take Kentucky and extend the peaceful border with the USS along the Kentucky/Tennessee border. We will station 50,000 troops from PA in Kentucky.

Presuming we have conquered Puerto Rico, I am putting in 1.5 Billion into building a strong Navy/Air Force Base.

The Government of Winnenois has issued a law creating a state of the art military facility in every territory (Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Michigan, Iowa, and the Dakotas). We want information from the mods asking what the cost may be to our nation (We have 50B). We have also sent 20,000 of our sea troops and 10,000 of our air troops to Lake Michigan and the United States located area of Lake Huron, just in case of an aerial attack. We are still waiting from confirmation of the RMAS of our pact to jointly rule Indiana and Ohio.

Military Distribution
Land : 125,000 troops in every territory. Total : 1M

Sea : 20,000 troops stationed in Lakes Michigan (15,000) and Huron (5,000). 480K troops currently off-duty. Total : 500K

Air : 123,750 troops in every territory, the other 10K located on Lakes Michigan and Huron. Total : 1M

Total Population : 45M

EDIT : The governments of RMAS and Winnenois request to joint rule Indiana and Ohio...I will send in 20,000 troops to claim Indiana and Ohio, I am waiting for RMAS to decide thier action.

News.

Scientists in the Empire of Hong Kong have created a new type of bullet proof resin that is both stronger and lighter than it's predicessor.

This has made armour for all Infantry stronger and lighter resulting in a better protected faster army.

I will sell this to all allies.
