Welcome to "Croissant Sport"

A small independant tuning garage specialized in French cars. I am looking forward to make some nice tunes for this community. I don't have a wheel so all tunes will be DS3 orientated.

Hi friend,
you start looking for a first setup?
if so, to what brand and model you direct you?
good luck, see you soon 👍

I am currently building the car and testing it. Hopefully somewhere beginning next week I can make it public. Expect a PP400 car with sport hard tires. I am currently running and testing it in several PP500 and PP550 races. The complete build of the setup will be done and finished on Brands Hatch Indy.

Thanks for your interest :D

After spending several hours with this baby, I present with trembling knees my first GT6 Tune. It handles rather well for 1550 kg and with PP400 it is capable of winning the Bathurst race within National A Clubman PP500 Cup. Only thing you need to change is it's top speed. Which should be 250 km/h on this track. A loyal friend for many career races.

Would be happy to get some feedback 👍

* updated gears and weight change 10/13/2013

Enjoy

Hi Cruiser,
thank you for this first setup, I testerais ca as soon as possible!
you can watch a little adjustment for the Clio RS won the game?
otherwise okay, good luck for the future 👍

Very easy to drive, did the Clubman 500PP Cup and won, was using Comfort Soft Tyres though. Would say braking didn't feel good for my driving, I brake late and through the corners so had to swap to F3 R6.
Felt good to be behind the wheel of a 406 again.

Thanks for the feedback Bee_Bee9 👍 , I will try with the brake difference. I use a pad and I found it easier with the brake balance a bit more in front. You drive with a wheel or pad?

The car is indeed on the heavy side, will rework and retest the tune with your suggested weight loss.

Magnifique voiture! Fantastique! :D :D

(having some french lessons myself atm) Loving the first ride... The Peugeot 406 it's one beautiful machine, it's good to see it receiving some love and a proper tune. Plus, it really matches those TE37SL in a exquisite way. Nice to see that you "work" with the DS3, I'm a controller player too.

Looking forward for more croissants. (the best kind of bread! lol)

Thanks a lot :D I like the wheels as well on this car. Huge fan of the 406 so it had to be my first tune.

I have updated the tune after I tested the weight loss tip of Bee_Bee9. Also I reworked the gearbox a bit. It's about 5 tenths quicker now!:cheers:

Going on the PS3, will make the changes you have posted and have a run in it, see if the I can win the race by bigger distance :D

EDIT

Had another go...nice, lap time about 2.39.8, liking the Bathurst track

The 406 did quite well within the PP400 class and now there is his bigger brother. The 406 has been updated to PP450. Tires are still sport hard but that V6 can sing a bit more freely through the speakers :D Be careful on the exit of the corner because it has quite a lot of power. Gentle on the throttle.

Croissant Sport presents it`s second tune. This Renault Clio was tested again on Brands Hatch, almost homeland for my tunes. It is quite grippy but it`s easy to lose if driven over the limit. The sport hard tires on this machine are more than enough. It can understeer a bit due to the power it has but in the end if driven gently it goes like a rocket.

Enjoy :D

I test the Clio, it is very handy and a good grip, a super car 450 PP, I love, very good job,
good luck for the future 👍 ;)

Thanks Bas for all tune. I hope that you are interess prochainement by The legendary Alpine. With nothing tune she's deja very fast, but with a Doblo... set up she can begin a comet.
sorry for my language but school was long long time for me.

Hi Ber and Seb,

Thanks again for testing :)

There is an Alpine on the list, but it will be the A310 1600 VE :D , expect her somewhere next weekend.

This baby gave me quite a headache because it only wanted to throw her tail in all directions. Now she is a bit less violent. Be careful with lift off oversteer because that will still make her little behind very shacky. Brake before corner, hit the gas and you should be able to do just fine with her. Enjoy!!!

The 205 Turbo 16 Rally Car from 1985 developed by Peugeot Sport and Jean Todt is a beast to say at least. The car is very fast but during testing I struggled a lot with keeping it on track with the DS3 controller. After tuning I reached a 2.16 flat on Bathurst and with a better driver I am sure the car can shave off even a few more seconds. The corner section before the dropoff on the bathurst track can be almost taken flatout. Very exciting to say at least. Hopefully there are a few testdrivers who can give it a proper run. Really would like to know what is possible with this French lady on Bathurst.

All tuning and testing was done on the Bathurst track.

ENJOY
