Nobody except yourself to blame for your own incompetence for race 1 last week unfortunately. Only a fool fails to check his weaponary is in full working order before going into battle.....

And I'd love to hear your excuse for race 2..... I suppose the replay is wrong is it? If thats the case then GT itself must not like you racing....... I hear *cough* Forza 4 *cough* is out soon, maybe they might take to your constant wighning, moaning and general idiocy more than the GT community...... :P :) :sly:



With regards to the next round, I agree on both sides, yeah we should run Suzuka in the wet, purely because we havent had a wet race yet, BUT on the other side, we have already run Suzuka in its dryer form, and also, a wet weather race is going to take an absolute ae to do, and the officals will have to take a 2week break just to watch the replays for the various screw ups in various accidents..........

3 laps of the Nurburg 24hr, followed by 6 laps for the feature? yes please :D
 
At the end of the day, I joined this series to improve upon the skills that I already have. Do I feel more confident as a driver? Yes, and I feel I have learnt a great deal since this series began.

It isn't about the winning, it's the taking part that counts :) So in my eyes, it doesn't matter where you are in the standings, everybody is a winner...... All but you anyway, because you drive a car that is A) pink, and B) technically not a legible Touring Car. I can't remember the last time I saw a Mazda MX-5 battling the likes of Matt Neil, Jason Ego-Maniac Plato, or even back in the day against John Cleland and Steve Soper....... Your only up the top out of luck because your car is one of very few that sits bang on the regulations :-)
 
Why are you so angry? I've never blamed you for me not winning, I liked you and thought we got along... :(

Ps. The MX5 was not my idea and is clearly not as fast as the integra, and the pink was quite obviously a joke...
 
Who said anything about me being angry? I'm merely stating the facts, and showing that I'm not at all jealous :) :) :)

Since Christmas is coming, lets forget about our differences (me being generally cooler than you haha) I can get a little hot headed from time to time, but if I was angry, then believe me, you and the rest of the team would know about it :)

Glad to know you like me, but please, less of the Broke Back Mountain ****, we said we could keep that private to avoid confrontation from James, and Jimmy, as I know they are desperate to join in on a huge bum boy orgy pmsl! :P

Back on topic, so what track are we doing tommorow, suzuka fixed wet?

Doesn't look like I'll be on for the race lads :( Could someone work out if the time of the maintenence will clash with us? It's in EST in the news feed.
 
Dont worry mat,e next scheduled maintenence is going to be on Tuesday. go to Gran TUrismo's website, and select your country, and then check the maintenence post and all are posted in GMT :)

IIRC this maintenence is only for like an hour from 3:00am until 4:00am anyway, when that comes back online, I think that is when update 1.11 will become availble, aswell as the Jeff Gorden Seasonal thing
 
Yeah if you look on the homepage iin the actual game it says the maintenance will be 30/8 :)
 
Wow a bit of arguing going on this week huh....

Well I can't make it tonight, mine and mrs anniversary so we going for dinner. So either we can take a week break or someone else can run the race. After last weeks issues I'd rather we took the break but it's up to you guys to decide.

As far as the circuit goes I don't care where it is but it is a wet weather race, fixed.

Oh and Nathan I am getting very tired of your constant arguing and defensiveness. Just calm down a bit eh....

Shall I host tonight? Dunno about the rest of you but I wanna get racing again.

EDIT: Can I just say, if you actually look at page 49, theres two big walls of text from dave ranting at me. Then all i did was ask why he was angry and we sorted that. Then jimmy brought up crashing again and I said that we should stay on topic. Dunno bout you but that doesn't come across as argumentative and defensive to me...

Personally I too would love to race tonight, we need to start wrapping this series up guys, GT3 is where we all want to be at :P

Tonight should DEFINATELY be a wet track. no questions about it :-)

Last week was a pretty average week connection wise, ok Alex being invisible was odd in itself, BUT I think it was a one off personally. We have a few guys here with good solid stable connections to host if need be, so lets get this done and dusted :-)
 
Ugh I'm still feeling drunk lol.. Pick A track and do whatever.. If not i'm happy to wait for james until next week
