Daily Distance bug

Version 1.15

Hi, 2 days not working my daily Distance. Always is 0,0KM. I am online.
Yesterday at evening was working, today again not .

Please can they repair that!?
 
Man, I don't know what you think, but I am not from yesterday.
Maybe I know that I must driving??? What a comment!

Some Examples:
Today I drive gt league. Blue moon, not calculate.

I drive circuit experience 1 mission, and then start calculate! it was about 3km in menu.

I return to blue moon in gt league, start 15 laps and finish, nothing calculate!!!!-still 3 km in menu.

Again start blue moon about 1 laps and start calculate, now is 6 km in menu.

So, one time calculate one time not calculate! there is a big problem. Specialy if I drive endurance race and it not calculate!

I use the same race to farm credits and it adds on the mileage every time, the only time it hasn't is when I've unplugged the ethernet mid-race and put it back in for the end, is there any chance you're losing connection mid-race?

You mean do i disconect LAN cable? NO. I Try LAN and wireless, is the same.

I think that maybe connection is not good (before all good), because I sometimes can't save game manually, it says "Save data could not be saved on the server".

Also strange picture here, sometimes when icon "green" for online mode, I dont see both levels which are in the circle - circle was empty, see this.


Also, my icon "online save" in right down corner long blinking (about 1-2 minutes), than desapire. That means it is long and slow saving..

Yes you've got a connection problem somewhere, that's what's causing it.

That could be the problem, if it is struggling to stay connected the game might be going offline in the middle of races without you noticing it (the longer the race the more chance of it happening which could explain why your single lap mileage is being counted).

I would have to double check but I'm sure my game wasn't counting progress when I had unplugged the connection in the middle of the race - I'm not sure if that would count if you get back online before you cross the line - but it is definitely trying to communicate with the server as you're racing (I was getting a online save failed message every couple of minutes).
 
So which problem in connection is? My speed download is 4.0 mb.

Also, before that version 1.15 GT working normally. That is after that version.

I try delete cache too, but no results.

Today I am -100 km. :/
I do not play anymore until you fix it.
 
There are currently a lot of issues with the game, it just a waiting game until PD issues a (probably) 1.16 update to fix everything 1.15 broke.

Seems like a problem with your connection. Have you tried it with a different connection if possible. Maybe use your phone hotspot for a test and see if the problem is the same?

I only suggest this because when my main internet goes down I use a back up connection which is not very stable and sometimes I have similar problems like you. Try another connection just to be sure.
 
Post up your results from a network test in your PS4 connection menu. You need speed and good ping time. If you are dropping too many packets it will count as a disconnect.

Upload speed goes from 200-450.
Download 3.9.-4.0 mbs.
Ping lost 75% .
 
I would be concerned with the upload speed, but the 75% packet loss is ridiculous. You need to contact your service provider. That kind of packet loss is unacceptable.
