Three races for race B at Dragon Tail - first two were clean and picked up 1000 dr points. Third race got divebombed at top corner and came 13th and lost 1100 dr points - not happy :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Sounds like the story of most my racing on most tracks! Although I usually like to ruin my own races!!

The the next race some ******* tries to undertake through the bus stop. Fortunately I managed to swerve round the exit and keep going. Words just escape me !!!

I don't know if its all in my head but don't you find the Atenza just gets out slipstreamed if that even makes sense? Where it's so heavy I struggle to keep up.....

Well, I find in Gr4 it works really well for me. Look at this video and see the Atenza working out well.

Having ran all these cars, however briefly, it is down on top speed and will have no chance against the Veyron, even the Viper and Lexus will smoke it, on the pit straight especially.

Agreed! Had some cracking exits out of corners to see pretty much most things pull away! Really have to drive the wheels of the thing to make it work!
 
I know its probably a No, but will anything keep up with the FT-1 on Race C?? My jag was doing reasonable but seem to not have quite enough race pace. Going to give the RC-F a spin out just cos i can hehe.

And I somehow got a six second penalty. Ridiculous.

I doubt that was intentional as he waited for you after the corner and let you pass, even with a 10 second penalty he would‘ve been 2nd as it takes a lot more for you to gain speed again

Second race for the night. Race C in the Aston. Had to tart it up first. Qualified in 14th, finished 12th and gained some of my SR back... after the usual DR/B crowbarring. I was leading the race for 2 laps before I had to pit.

The guy behind me at the start had a pre race comment along the lines of "brake for turn 1, you cannot win there!" This was the same joker who constantly rear ended me till he finally managed to shove me out of the way, and promptly crashed into someone else. I'm thinking of changing my post race default to "I brake for tailgaters!" :D. The 3 turn track is plenty wide enough that there should be no collisions!

We all make mistakes sometimes, it's all good in the hood and on the race track :)
Watching RaceFace's video it does look a little bit like a dirty brake check from an obviously very frustrated Twissy- but surely we can all relate to that frustration!

I've met him on more than one occasion. Very fast.

 
Not sure buddy, gained a few places then after pitting about 2 laps in to the second skint the back end let go outta corner 1 with literally no warning.
Looks like i might have to just use the meta car, would rather not if possible though.
If you can't beat em join em i guess.

Just had a frustrating race :banghead:
I had the honor of being matched against USA's Top 1 (UGA-95)
I was in the RC F, and he in the Veyron.

The RC F's phenomenal acceleration allowed me to get overlap before the first turn, so used that opportunity to go side-by-side on T1-2. Very clean, we stayed by our own side. I know it'll slow us both down, but it was what my plan was since if I can't slow him down, he'll run away like a white rabbit stealing a carrot.

We exited the chicane side-by-side, and another pair hot on our tails. One of them (yellaboy iirc) I've been racing with for the past hour now, so I know he's pretty clean and I can trust him. Into the fast right hander, side by side once more with UGA.

He's now got a lead and he's on the inside, but I still have overlap. This is it, T4. If I can't keep up with him on the outside, I'll be relegated to seco-

UGA got smashed into oblivion by the other guy yellaboy was racing with.
SERIOUSLY?! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? He was behind me for around a lap, and I had to brake really late because I can sense that he's trying to use me as his own personal brakes. T4 the next lap, he went to the grass. He then procedeed to wreck yellaboy and a recovering UGA.

Yes, I won. But it feels so hollow. It's frustrating. It was set up to be an amazing race, only to be ruined by someone else. God:censored:

Man i gotta do the B Dragon Trail today to get my DR / SR up again, i'm good at that track. But my girl got other plans though, the addict wants to play GTA V with her friends 🤬... well it's gonna be FP1 and FP2 at Bahrein for me then when i'm done at work tonight.

They aren't trained well. Gta v died a long time ago. Gotta get them playing gts.

Protip: Use the RC F. It's so fast that you can get an overlap by T1 👍
