Date & time settings

Each time I load GT5 I get a message that says "The date and tie are not set correctly. Please check date and time settings." Does GT5 have separate settings or does it operate from the PS3 settings?

I am getting the same message too. I haven't figured it out yet.

I believe this is to do with the combination of your PS3 timezone setting and the DST settings under the relevant PS3 menu option. I had to alter these two (although the time itself on the PS3 was not altered) before the message stopped appearing when loading GT5.

Set the time on your PS3 via internet. Problem solved.

This has been covered a thousand times before, change your Daylight Saving Setting and reset the time and the message will be gone.

Yes same thing randomly happened to me, I just reset the time via internet and I was set.

Your PS3's clock will have gained or lost 5 or more minutes, mine gains time all the time but I reset the time when it gets to about 3 minutes fast.
