Congrats to FujiK for winning last week and beating me in the current placings :)

This week's race: Nissan R390 Road Car on Tahiti Road.

HP Limit: 351.

That's the only limit and I'm not even sure if you can tune it any higher or not.

This is an awesome car and a great course to show off it's abilities.

Are we allowed any other tuning to the car? (LSD, flywheel, tires, etc.)
 
Awesome Race everyone!

My simulation disc is sort of scratched somewhere i dunno where, and it loads slow at some dealers, sometimes it even stops loading......

Some races in the future i may not be able to race in due to no access to the dealer to purchase the vehicle.

Just thought i'd let you guys know my issue here...
 
The R390 is one of the few cars that doesn't need suspension tuning.

Which is interesting, because you can't!
 
The only add-ons you can perform (and still keep it at 351hp) are full-race tranny, full differential, tires, brakes, balance controller, and weight reduction.

If you need TCS or ASC, you need to learn to play another game.

Numerically, yes. But I think this car's set up is so nice, handles so well, that it's all you need, especially for a tight course like Tahiti. I was pretty amazed. Take a 500+ car on it and compare; I don't think you'll get much faster. I forgot how much I like this car.
 
It's a very good combination we've got this week. The car does not overpower the track, and the car is pretty well balanced right out of the box.

I've got my times under the minute mark already. :thumbsup:
 
LoL, I can't believe I forgot about last week's race =P

I'll need to rememeber this race....but with all the good games coming out/are out that I have prevents me from playing this >_<
 
guys..i can't access the dealer due to damaged Simulation disc, so i may be out this round...

I've got my time down to 58.932 but a lot of time can come off that...The trick I have found is to keep the LSD settings low...This is my first "weekly" race but I really haven't been playing gt2 that much so that's why....

i won't make it in time if i race at that stage because the PS is at my friend's house. If time is extended until the very end of mondayfor times then i can get a time in on monday. IF THAT'S POSSIBLE....
 
Go for it Fuji. I'll post results tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.

This week's race will be XJR15 on Midfield.

Participation seems to be dwindling. Too bad.

I'd like some suggestions for future races. Anyone?
 
i still have to modify it right? that's a bummer cause i still can't get into the dealership. I guess what i can do is run stock.....
