Hmmm.... can't really help you then, sounds like your only option is to get better with the F1. Its a tricky car to drive because it has a lot of power and a relatively short wheel base, this makes it very prone to swapping ends. I can't think off the top of my head what spring rates it runs but I remember it being high = soften the springs to add grip.
If you are spinning under braking the increase the LSD deceleration, if you are getting wheel spin out of corners drop the initial and the acceleration settings. Running a low rear toe setting and a negative front toe will make the car more stable in general.
