So... yeah I'm gonna try and dupe my GT so GT5M4N can paint it a stealthy super black paint so I can use it for police duties.

It's called DefaultColor. Take a car into photo travel, then when you have your car out, go into object movement map. Your car should turn into this super deep black that barely reflects-if any-light off it.
