I hope this club becomes very active again like it used to be when GT6 comes out.
 
Can't wait for the demo. The Autumn Ring nissan footage for it looked fantastic.

I'm still active and waiting for a lobby I can join. None of these "cruise rooms" are ever what they say they are!
 
Well, 5 seasons of WSR racing in GRID2 later, and I've had my fill, I'll probably slowly get back into GT and be a little more active now.
 
You don't need to tell me you're active. If I was worried about inactive people, we would probably only have 20 members. Not enough people come to lobbies as it is...why would I kick more people out?

Are you a Cop, Civilian, Street Racer, or all? Why?: Cop and Civilian. Cop- I on occasion host a cop room. Since there are immature players, I have to be Cop and kick. Civilian- because I get bored of being a cop.
Have you read all of the rules?: Yeah
How often will you attend lobbies?: Every few days when I play GT5 (between 2-4 days)
Why I should let you be a member?: Because I want to join a legit Cop room instead of joining random "Cops" room when they aren't playing cops.
How did you discover this thread?: Through Clubs and Leagues in Forum

If you guys get a couple more people, I will put a lobby up. I have to get ready for work at 1:00 (I could play for an hour and a half), though, so I doubt people will be online in time for me to host.

I don't understand why everyone is getting tired of GT5 and acting like GT6 is right around the corner. The GT6 release date has been set for about 6 months from now. I know it's not just this club. I've looked at other cruising/cops clubs as well, and they've all had a heavy decline in popularity. So I guess we'll just have to deal with the low attendance for a while. [/Rant]

The blame lies with real life (understandable), other new AAA games (i.e The Last of Us), the summer weather and the drooling over the latest games announced at E3, as well as the obsessively desperate plea for more GT6 information whilst waiting for the demo on July 2. Also GT5 has been milked for all it's worth.

I agree GT5 is getting a bit stale, for those using a controller especially. I keep playing GT5 because even as stale as GT5 is, there really aren't that many other decent racing simulator games. Dirt 3 is about the only one. The NFS series has been out of its prime for a while now, and it's way to arcadey (for lack of a better word) to even be considered a racing simulator game. I really haven't found any interest in Grid 2, either, though some people have. I should probably stop spewing out unrelated nonsense, so I'm done for the day.
 
I want to get into more lobbies but I feel like I have more fun drifting than cops lobbies all the time. I also don't exactly feel like a ray of sunshine every day either and lose motivation to play sometimes. I feel irresponsible as an administrator. If need be, someone else may take my position.
