I don't understand how to choose the location of the decals wanted. The only thing I get is the hood? Also I'm unable to locate / run replays?

Hello,
From what I remember when applying decals there's a list on the right of the screen with all the different places you can apply the decals. Think you use the right stick or one of the buttons on the controller to move up and down the list.
As for replays I think you have to go to the screen where there is a picture of your driver avatar where it lists your driver level and achievements. From there you can toggle between options and view your saved replays.
Hopefully I'll get a bit of time on my ps4 tomorrow or the weekend so if you need anymore help let me know and I'll be able to give you a more accurate answer.
