Hi, im interested in buying a rig from you guys but let me just start of by saying the customer service impression has been pretty bad.
Reason is because if i have a question i usually wait a couple of days to get a response.
i mailed the info@humanracing..
go this email from a customer of yours which he said replies within 24 hours.

Anyway, im interested in buying a rig, i did get a price point but i wanted to know what it would cost with a triple screen stand and if it would be possible to get a picture of the stand aswell as the "eye-distance" to the screen?

I have three BenQ XL2410T, i measured a while back and it´s 10x10cm as far as the mounting holes on the back, i´m guessing that is the VESA standard?

Ok thanks, look forward to the photo and how you guys have gone about doing it. I should say that i´m also interesting your keyboard/mouse holder as i really plan to get rid of my desk and only run the cockpit, even for normal day to day use.

As far as "eye-distance" i mean if you were to sit in the cockpit, how big is the distance from your eye to the center screen? I really like the screens to be close so it soaks up some of the peripheral.

Another question i have is regarding the new Thrustmaster TH8 shifter, will this be supported in any way?

What is so hard to understand?

You guys said that you have a triple screen stand. You said you will take pictures and send them to me.
I just want to know the distance if you were sitting in the cockpit and took a ruler from your eye to the screen. What is the distance???

You go sit in the cockpit with Triple screen setup. Measure the distance between your eyes to the screen and tell me.

I already know that the price is $1.500 i got that number months ago. What i don´t know is how much everything will cost with the triple screen stand and keyboard/mouse holder.

I mean seriously... It feels like im talking to a monkey. I don´t even think they realise just how ****** their customer service is. It´s a complete **** joke.

I think they don't do tv stand but probably trying to make it for you . And asking for your phone number meaning they have to call you from a long distance, which I think its really good that they try to get whatever you want done for you . Maybe if you forget the stand the chassis would probably be at your house now if you were going to buy it in the first place

Hi Hampus, the Shifter holder is already included in the box and the rest of the thing like the tool in my picture and now they include the clubsport converter plate as well in there.

monitor stand they do have it it's just at this point they want to know distance that you want i think angle etc, adjustability, if what they have is a 3 x 32" the distance will be different to 3 x 24" , what they measure for you is not necessary what you want for your situations.

ie adjustability and perfect angle and distance is what HR is trying to achieve for you, not being a hassle.
anyway i hope you achieve what you want.

Rude?? If you knew the time between all these emails compared to VisionRacer where you open a chat and talk to David and you get your information instantly and actually get some information.

I´m not rude, i´m a little pissed of at the customer service and i will let them know that right away.
It´s 2011 you would think companies had figured out that customer service is extremely important and you don´t really want to wait 13 weeks for an email.

Regarding the phone, it´s my choice not to speak over the phone because it´s completely unnecessary.

They have all my info they need, all i want is a simple price point.
They have everything they need to know about my equipment.

Yea i finally got the price point.

1.550 for rig.
100 for keyboard/mouse holder
350 for triple stand.

USD including shipping costs.

Triple stand was a whopping 170cm from eye to screen but i asked them if 65cm would be possible instead.

Holy crap, they probably have the coolest keyboard mouse stand i have ever seen, very nicely done!

Not sure i´m allowed to post pictures but i´m waiting for their response on that matter.
They ran a Rozo F1 wheel on a G25 and what looks like CST´s or VPP´s as pedals.

it is frex pedal. and FREX took forever to process my order, i 've ordered the sequential from them since the 3rd sep. put the order in and it hasn't been processed until now (today the 25th sep) emailed 6 times and called him once in japan and talk to him, promised me he will send it last week. no update since then.

Damn forgot about them making pedals. Sick setup anyhow except for the G25 which had to be considered the weak link in that setup.

ummm not sure what you are talking about man, no i haven't, sorry.
I've also seen their tripple screen mount in their facebook. the thin bezel samsung one. but not sure if that's what you are after.

hi, It was ordered the same color as the chassis. normal seat is black back, this one is exact same color as the chassis , fabric is the same , they are the most comfortable bucket seat i have been in. and snug fit so good back support

I agree 100%, Visionracer are fantastic with customers.

But, i had the same problems as you then after a while i got answers within 24H every single time.
That is still not as good but within 24H for me is perfectly fine. That way i can ask a question on the evening and when i wake up and go to work the day after i have my answer.

Tell them the customer service is crap. I did that, they need to hear that alot and hopefully they will get better at it.

Thanks buddy, I did that already on the facebook page. He refered me to the gentleman in the USA. Why does the USA always have such bad service? I mean we are a country of hard workers and at every turn, no matter what industry people just crap all over us. I go into restaurant and the service sucks, my bank, suck, at the car dealer service sucks, at the stadium service sucks, everywhere in the USA SERVICE SUCKS. WTF.
