We could ask Humanracing to see why some had no seams and to the ones now have seams - not a huge issue for me but i do hear your point.

Very nice quality pics MADCAP, wish I had the photo skills, thanks for sharing. The red chassis looks nice. The CSW will feel right at home on top of that chassis! Marcus was a big help for me also when looking at the HR chassis (thanks again Hwangm!).

JogoAsobi, you have hawk eyes! I have never noticed the seam either. Would be cool to route wires inside the frame though.

Clear 3m double side tape for me. You can arrange the wire tidily stack them side by side all the way and peel/pull them off when you add/take out accessories ie shifter or bb

Cheers - will look into this 4sure

Seams or no seams, you guys own the best damn retail rigs out there in my opinion! 👍 :) 👍

Enjoy them! Yes I do sometimes get not buying remorse...but not builder's remorse. :sly:

I did spot one other detail, Madcap's rig seems to have the black trim on the bottom.

So does Marcus's rigg - i think alot of them have this black trim. if you look under the chassis, i noticed some cool threaded section, i guess to bolt onto a D-Box or even suggested by friend some Wheels...

Cheers for the comments JogoAsobi

Good news guys, Last night finally got it up and running and was very impressed it how much differance the driving input from the Fanatec gear compared to my old G27 Logitec.... its so smooth and the load cell is awesome:

That is a fantastic looking combination you have, well done, enjoy! 👍
Please add some red harness belts, ohh that be the icing on the cake...

LOL my friend, I have a mod drawn up for the GT Chassis which incorporates the Dbox plate right along these lines. It will keep the adjust-ability of the deck as well. Once I get my plate back from Pilmat I'll show it off. Great minds. :)

Your rig gets better and better!

Thanks mate, yes I am planning to make a plate underneath (not a d-box plate) . maybe do a mock up with MDF first to mount the 2 posts (it has a threaded section at the base of the two posts so all I do is screw the plate below the HR and the post, the building never stops.

hey you got in touch with Pilmat again, great .- love to see the D-box plate on your rig. please do show us picture.
