I only speak for myself here but if I would have received all the weapons and armor early on in my Destiny "addiction" I would have stopped playing a long time ago. Not many things in life make me ponder..."Why am I doing this still"?

On a side note I noticed I have 37 ghosts found, anyone have a handy guide they used or any recommendations, I might as well get an achievement.

Put your Id and system in, it will then show you what you have and have not and with a guide for all.

Except for the glitched one in the room you first encounter the Hive.

Yeah, I'm really only playing to get gear now. The things I want most is a 36 light Voidfang Vestments, and Praedyth's Revenge. I'll also try to complete my Warlock VoG raid armor set just for collecting purposes. After that, I just want to fully fill the experience of all my gear (not necessarily fully leveling them up), then I'm done until House of Wolves. Though it would probably still take me many weeks to fully fill the experience of all my crap. I have a lot of gear that I haven't even touched yet.

Since completing the Thorn crucible part of the bounty I have come to the conclusion that Arc Blade is the worst thing ever. Screw everyone who uses it.

I hate using Bladedancer for my Hunter. I really only will use it for support teams if I am the designated healer.

Even though I didn't want to do the nightfalls, I knocked off two last night, got an exotic shard (Arachnid helmet)and 2 energy (one way ticket). Well worth the time.

Trading in this game tomorrow. I spent a total 100 hours on it. Got a lvl 29 titan and now the game is boring and repetitive havnt played it for 2 months. Trading it in now while it's worth something.

Did the nightfall two times yesterday. At least this time I got an exotic weapon, but of course I already had it and even Xur was selling it at some point – so sharded. Got a legendary had cannon that isn’t anything special too. Need to do it one more time. Anyone want to join me later?

Finally got a copy for my Xbox One last week. I've just hit lv. 26 on my Titan, and I'm noticing that I'm not getting anything worthwhile from strike playlists anymore. I imagine that I'm at the stage where I should look into doing Vault of Glass, but I don't know anyone who'd let me join their team, and looking through destinyteamfinder it seems like everyone wants experienced lv. 30+ players.

Any tips you guys can share with me regarding this?

Listings for doing Vault of Glass hard mode will always want level 30+. Look for groups doing normal mode and they might let a level 26 join.

We have a little One gang going on here on GTP. If you can get to 27 then I know at least 3 of us who wouldn't mind taking you through the nightfall, that and getting exotics from XUR are how I've been able to get some good gear other than buying thru the Quartermasters.

As Frizbe said I'd definitely be up for helping you through that. Normal mode VOG would be a welcome change of pace.

I should probably join in that, although I'm hesitant on even putting Destiny into my One  Good news though, the In-Law should be leaving this weekend :D
That's why I always buy digital anymore. I'm not big on the whole switching discs bit. I guess Steam spoiled me.

You're like that friend who actually gets up and leaves his old town....I can't seem to get the courage, the Destiny crack-rock has me man!

Lol I felt bad getting rid of it but haven't played it for a few months and my save got corrupted so figured it was time to trade it in. Not spending another 100 hours on my titan :p.

Today's daily was very annoying.

Was it Crota’s soul with lightswitch? When I see that one I don’t even bother anymore.

On the subject of losing interest in the game – yes I feel the same. We all have put a lot of hours and it is natural to get burned out of it. Especially since there are no new things added to the game. The next DLC is still far away and we got the Iron Banner for the fifth time. Come on Bungie! That’s just lazy. How about a new PvE event or something else? Whatever?

Still I’m not going to sell my game, that’s for sure. I still believe that upcoming DLCs/expansions will offer enough to keep me playing it for the next year or so.
