Somethin odd just happened... I was playing in PVP, and at the end of the round, down the bottom where the kill feed it, it said

Chameleon9001 has found Crucible.

What? It didn't give me anything, just said that...

Nothing special. Just means you've leveled up your Crucible rank; check the postmaster.

Even though I've been playing since the beginning, I barely noticed this the other week :lol: I was confused at how "found" the Future War Cult.
 
I just got the most incredible Coiled Hiss in the history of Coiled Hisses from the Vanguard package. Full Auto, Third Eye, and Hammer Forged/Field Scout. It is 100% perfect.
 
Weekly Crota run netted my Hunter boots, Swordbreaker, and Oversoul Eddict! Can finally hit 32. Hopefully I can get my Titan Chest and the Auto Rifle next week.
 
Yeah the chances we both get the boots, lol. Getting Hunger of Crota made it that much sweeter.
 
Uh oh... So i really, really badly want the thorn hand cannon, and i just got the option for the 'light in the dark' weapon bounty, or for bad juju or invective. The problem is, i really don't know if i can possibly get the void PVP kills... I am just not good enough with shotguns, and snipers are too situational. What do i do! Is there an easier way to get the 500 PVP points?
 
Atheon's Epilogue, if you have it, a high impact void fusion rifle, and any void machine gun or the Truth. I managed to complete the full 500 points in around 7 games with that loadout.

unortunately, i don't have enough freinds to be able to confidently do the VoG on hardmode.

You get Epilogue on normal.

But yeah, it may take awhile but with that you should be able to get it.

If you struggle to get a team together try the destiny forum as there are people always looking for fireteam for VoG/Crota
 
just spent the last while griding, and i am only on a very frustrating 84 points. god, i suck with shotguns!

If your a warlock you can do this with just any green shotgun with void damage and your voidwalker abilities (hit with shotgun follow with melee). I used a purple void launcher for the heavy. I suck at crucible but I got this done like that. I have Atheons Epilogue and it stinks in the crucible so I'd say your better off with a handcannon or anything that will help you die less. Word of Crota would be best if you can get your hands on that.

Thats a really good point, i forgot that voidwalkers technically do void damage. is it possible to place exotic weapon bounties in the vault? :nervous:

Sadly no. Ignore them at Xander at best.
 
The hardest ones are probably Thorn, Pocket Infinity (good luck getting those rare or higher fusions), and Invective (that's the one with the +25 K/D overall).

Easiest ones are Bad Juju (long, but not problematic) and Super Good Advice.

Already done the pocket infinity one. Accidentally selected it the first time i got the exotic bounties.

If you play this game enough you will eventually see every exotic bounty on all your characters multiple times. Sort of a pain to do but I stacked Invective, Bad Juju, and Thorn all on one character and did together. If you are struggling I would say delete the bounty and start doing bounties on your warlock, you will get it again.

I am only struggling to do it quickly. I m just slowly racking up the points, but its taking a while.

Play control if thats what your not already doing. But once you get hawkmoon you'll never touch thorn again. ;)

Lol yep! Thorn will have to do for now! closing in o 230 points now.
 
Hawkmoon > Thorn. Only want Thorn now to get the Grimoire card. Could care less about using it.
 
I thought the Invective one was by far the easiest, because assists count too. The PvP portion of the Invective bounty only took me 2 games, whereas the Bad Juju one took me about 10 games, and the Thorn one took me about 15 games. The Bad Juju one is the least intimidating because your progress can't reset, and you know that you'll eventually get it. But the Invective one is seriously a lot easier than it first seems.

I was using Voidwalker with Atheon's Epilogue, void shotgun, and void machine gun. Every kill I did counted as void.

Invective is easy. You dont need a 25 kd, but more so 25 more kills than deaths. Ending with 10k and 5d will net you 5 kills toward your goal.

You need to consistently have more K+A than D. For some who hate PVP, it's hard.

Yes, that's what I said, although I left out assists. I hate crucible, but it still felt like one of the easier ones.
 
I know I'm late, but who's suggesting Epilogue? It's great... if you want to shower your foes in purple confetti. You'll get a kill. Eventually.

You're better off playing it cheap with a void shotgun. :lol:
