DFGT power on / off

Do you leave the AC adaptor in the wall or do you unplug it when you're not using the wheel. Isn't it enough to just pull the USB?

I would assume that there is a on/off switch behind the wheel. It's better to pull the AC adapter out of the socket as well as the usb because it's still using power to stay in a standby state. Then again I'm just speculating because I don't own one.

Nope, no on/off switch. The adapter gains heat with the USB out, so it generates some power, so it presumably has a standby mode, but there's no resistance on the motors without the USB in. It's probably not even 1 watt on standby, like most TVs.

I just pull the USB, it'll probably last longer if you pull out the socket.

mine stopped working and I had to buy another, I thing the problem came with leaving it plugged into the wall, no usb in, and moving it around my lounge into the corner, the power cord must of went on an angle, shorted something out, so I can plug it in to usb and one light comes on, but the light for the power won't come on. no mater what power point I use, so lesson to all, if you shift it around, unplug it from the wall, for your mate and mine, justin, last name case
